First thing i would do is put the old one back on and report back
If all pics come back the quad one is fooooooked
recheck your wiring from box to lnb
Make sure its connected to right input on the 800 ......................Paul

And if it isn't that then my money would be on a faulty rev. J tuner.

You can pick up a rev. M on fleabay for about 28 bucks (estmeister is ok).
Swapping it is simple enough as well.

Was there a problem with the original lnb leading to you changing it? or did you just need more outputs,
have you checked to make sure its still configured correctly in the Tuner Configuration menu?

Could also very well be a duff tuner as stated above m8

The LNB was faulty. Sent it back and got a full refund. Purchased another and fitted it and everything is OK now thanks.
