    I heard that this is the day ISP's are monitoring connections for this.

    Snoopers charter for you...passed with barely a complaint from the great British moronic public. (ISP's are already obliged to save every site you visit since January)
    Streaming is still legal (due to a ruling from the European Court), but plans are underway to change it in the UK.

    I considered that myself, but not sure if Tor is a viable option.

    Nord VPN are doing a deal at the moment of about £55 for the year.

    Pure Vpn don't keep logs and 5 devices can be logged in at any one time. Based in Hong Kong about $3 pm over 2 years.
